Building Demolition Services at 461 N. First Street

The City of Woodburn is currently working with Konell Construction & Demolition for the Building Demolition Services at 461 N First Street Project.  Project consists of demolishing of building, hazardous materials abatement, minor grading and site restoration.

North First Street Reconstruction Improvements

City of Woodburn have a contract agreement with Pacific Excavating Inc. to construct roadway, sidewalk, strom drainage, sanitary sewer installations and other facilites for the First Street Improvements Project between Oak Street and Harrison Street and adjacent streets and alleyways. 

City Hall Upgrades

The City of Woodburn is currently working with DECA Architects, Inc and Banlin Construction for the Woodburn City Hall Upgrades Project. The upgrades include but not limited to HVAC system, reconstruction of flat roof, ADA accessibility, security features and celing tile work. 

Work to begin on Monday, February 4, 2019 from 7am to 7pm.

Woodburn Museum & Theater Reroof & Seismic Upgrades

The City is currently working with EMTech, LLC for The City of Woodburn Museum & Theater Reroof and Seismic Upgrade Project which consists of reroofing the existing building, seismically upgrading the building and miscellaneous upgrading of the Woodburn Museum and Theater. Questions pertaining to this project should be directed to Pete Gauthier, P.E., Project Engineer at 503-982-5240 or at 

Design & Construction Management Services for the Hardcastle Ave Realignment at Railroad Crossing Project


Design is currently underway for the Hardcastle Avenue Realignment at Railroad Crossing Project.

Water System Financial Plan Update


The City’s water system financial plan update is currently underway. These services are being coordinated in conjunction with the Water Master Plan (Plan Update) that is currently in progress.

Water Master Plan Update

Murray, Smith and Associates, Inc (MSA) entered into a Personal Services Agreement with the City of Woodburn to provide professional consultant services in developing a Water Master Plan Update. The Plan Update will address the water supply system improvements needed through the year 2036. MSA will be providing project management and coordination of the Plan Update including but not limited to planning data information, calculating water system demands, collecting existing system inventory, assessing storage and fire flow requirements, assessing water quality and preparing draft and final plans for the City to review for state approval.
