Request for Proposals - Water System Financial Plan Update

The City of Woodburn is requesting for proposals from qualified firms or individuals, for furnishing professional services to assist City staff in updating the City’s water system financial plan and establishing a revised system development charge (SDC) and water rates. These services will be performed in conjunction with the Water Master Plan (Plan Update) that is currently in progress. The City is utilizing an informal Request for Proposal procedure and will receive proposals until 4:00 PM on October 26, 2017. These should be delivered to Eric Liljequist, Interim Public Works Director, 190 Garfield Street, Woodburn, OR 97071. All proposers are required to comply with the provisions of Oregon Revised Statutes and the City of Woodburn Public Contracting Rules.
