Woodburn Recreation & Parks offers a variety of youth programs including after school and teen programs, mentoring, summer day camps, and the City's Youth Advisory Board. 




Youth Craft Classes

Fall Weekly Craft Camp

Tuesdays: October 2 - October 23; 4-5pm

Woodburn Public Library

Join teacher Jane as we make lovely yarn birds, a
wooden owl, a seasonal wreath that you hang up and
change each month and yarn puffy cupcakes.
All yours to take home at the end of each class.
$30 per child includes all 4 classes
Register by Sept. 25

Soap Carving

Tuesdays: November 13; 5:15pm-6:45pm

Woodburn Public Library

Join us as we transform ivory soap into wild animals and
other crafty creations! This class will teach youth how
to use tools, craft sticks, and tooth picks to carve soap.
Keep your creation or share as a thoughtful gift during
the holidays. Ages 6+
$9 per child 
Register by November 6

String Art

Tuesdays: December 11; 5:15pm-6:45pm

Woodburn Public Library

Come be creative as we nail this craft! Together we will create
string art projects to either keep or give as a gift this holiday
season. Ages 6+
$9 per child 
Register by December 4
