Welcome to the Home Page for the Woodburn City Attorney, N. Robert Shields. Bob provides legal advice and representation for
the City. He is not available to the public for legal services.
The mission of the City Attorney is to provide the City with a wide range of professional legal services with emphasis
on the specialized field of municipal law. In addition, the City Attorney coordinates with outside counsel in certain other
areas such as liability claims.
Bob is assisted by Jon Stuart, the Assistant City Attorney, and by Danae Nettles, the Executive Secretary for City Administration.
