RE: Woodburn Historical Museum Oral History Project

DATE:  December 31, 2002

The Woodburn Historical Museum is working to document local history by interviewing long-time residents and recording their personal experiences.  These tape-recorded interviews provide a more in-depth, interesting, and unique perspective into the past.  The museum's goal is to gather a wealth of diverse interviews and then share them with the public as historical research documents.

The project needs your help and support.  If you are or know of anyone who lived in the region prior to 1960 and would like to share these experiences, we would like an interview.  The interview process is very casual, much like a tape-recorded conversation, and can be arranged to take place in any convenient location.
