Welcome to the Community Development Department Home Page. Our Department establishes and administers development guidelines
and standards that maintain and enhance the livability of our city. The Community Development Department also monitors the
Housing Rehabilitation Program and coordinates the functions of the Building Division.
The Community Development Department is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m Monday through Friday (except Federal holidays) and is
located in Room 5 at City Hall (270 Montgomery Street). If you have any questions
