Welcome to the Home Page for the City of Woodburn Housing Rehabilitation Program.   This program provides low interest loans to low and moderate income home-owners to rehabilitate their homes.  Remodeling construction is financed by Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) and inspected by the City to insure it meets grant requirements.
