Planning Division Home Page

The Planning Division establishes and administers development guidelines and standards that maintain and enhance the livability of our city.  We are located in Room 5 at City Hall (270 Montgomery Street).

Planning Division staff are available Monday through Friday between 8am and 5pm to answer questions by phone at (503)982-5246, or in person at City Hall.  The Planning office is open from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm.
