Welcome to the Home Page for the Woodburn City Finance Department. The Finance Department provides the complete range of
accounting services for the city government, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, data control
and audit management.
The Finance Department staff is responsible for receiving applications and payments for a variety of city services,
including water/sewer bills, business licenses, and solicitor's licenses (please click on the links below for a more
in-depth description of these items). The Finance Department is located in Room 2 at City Hall (270 Montgomery Street).
The reception window is open Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The Finance Department administers the Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT). The tax is 9% of the motel room rates. Proceeds are
used for support of tourism and general municipal services. The TOT ordinance is at Municipal Code chapter 11.18.
