Solicitor's Licenses
A solicitor's license is required if the applicant will be going door to door in a residential area.
The fee is $102 for a new license, and $45 for a license renewal. The license fee is to be paid when the completed form is submitted.
Application forms can be obtained at the Finance counter in City Hall or by clicking on the links below. After filling out the form,
return it to City Hall along with applicable fees. The application will be stamped "Paid" and the applicant will take the application
to the Woodburn Police Department for fingerprints and a background check. Once the background check has been completed, City Hall will
call the applicant to set up an appointment to have their picture taken. Once these steps are completed, a Solicitors Identification
Card will be issued
