Walt's Run is presented by the Recreation and Parks Department in cooperation with Silverton Hospital to benefit youth recreation and aquatic programs.  This fun event is named to honor the late E. Walter Lawson.  Walt served as Mayor twice during the 80's and 90's.  He was a long time runner, so it is only fitting that Woodburn's summer run be named after him.  Please enjoy this annual event that honors "Mr. Woodburn."
