The Woodburn Recreation and Parks Board meets on the 2nd Tuesday each month at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chamber of City Hall. All Board meetings are broadcast live on Woodburn Community Access Television (WCAT) channel 5.
The Recreation and Parks Board is appointed by the Mayor and City Council to provide City staff and the City Council with advice regarding recreation programs and facilities. Members serve three year terms.
