The mission of the Public Works Department is to provide basic water, wastewater, storm water, and transportation services on which people may build a safer, healthier and more prosperous community. It is the further mission of the Public Works Department to provide emergency preparedness during natural disasters to restore City utility services and aid the general population.

2007 Water Quality Report
This report contains information regarding the water quality of the City of Woodburn. The report is required annually by the Federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Click the icon on the right to see the full report.Water/Sewer bills are received by the Finance Department, located in Room 2 of City Hall (270 Montgomery Street). Questions regarding these bills are answered at the link above. Garbage collection in Woodburn is provided by a private company, United Disposal Service, Inc.

Fall Leaf Program
City Council adopted the fall leaf pickup program (program runs from NOVEMBER 1 to DECEMBER 31) for the city. This leaf program is necessary for safety and cost effectiveness.
The city will be swept on a monthly basis and leaves from private property will not be allowed to be placed on the street pavement. For more information see the Fall Leaf Program Flyer.Public Works Divisions:
