Helping Keep Our Community Healthy, Happy and Safe!

We offer a variety of recreational opportunities for all residents of Woodburn. They include youth and adult sports, youth and teen programs, senior trips, and community events. For more information check out our Out and About Activity Guide.

Recreation Programs and Events

Woodburn Skateboarding Competition - September 11, 2010

Do you have what it takes? Can you compete with some of the area's best boarders? Or do you want to learn new tricks, see skateboarding at its best, meet the area's top boarders? Come to Settlemier Park's Richard Jennings Skate Park for all of the action!

There will be a Professional Skate demo, judges, a Live Band, and for the competitors, T-Shirts are included with entry fee.

• Classes include:
• Beginner
• Intermediate
• Open
• When: September 11, 2010 11:00 a.m.
• Where: Settlemier Park - Richard Jennings Skate Park
• Warm-up and Registration: 11:00 a.m.
• Competition: from noon to 3:00 p.m.
• Awards and Live Band: Starting about 3:00 p.m.
• Cost: $15 including T-Shirt
