Location/venue is the Woodburn Police Department at 1060 Mt. Hood Avenue, Woodburn, OR 97071, Community Room.

If wanting to comment or “testify”:

  1. Attend the meeting and speak, introducing your name and mailing address; or
  2. Put in writing as follows:
    • Include your full name and mailing address (so staff can formally notify you of whatever decision is made) and reference the relevant case file number (LA 2019-01 or LA 2019-02)
    • Address to the Planning Commission in c/o Chris Kerr, AICP, Community Development Director for LA 2019-01 or Colin Cortes, AICP, CNU-A, Senior Planner for LA 2019-02, City of Woodburn, 970 N. Cascade Drive, Suite 110, Woodburn, OR 97071.  E-mail is acceptable; if e-mailing cc Vicki Spitznogle, Administrative Specialist.
    • Preferably, be specific with any questions, objections to, or suggested revisions to the proposal
    • Provide the original document (and any copies – nine is preferable) to staff no later than 10 a.m. the day of the meeting (May 23); or
  3. Attend the meeting and both speak and submit written testimony at the same time.
