Request for Proposals - Wastewater Facilities Master Plan Update & Rate Study
The City of Woodburn, Oregon is requesting proposals from qualified engineering firms with established experience in in providing Wastewater Facilities Master Plan Update & Rate Study services for similarly sized municipalities within the State of Oregon. The primary project elements include:
• UPDATING THE EXISTING WASTEWATER FACILITIES MASTER PLAN AND WASTEWATER RATES IN ORDER TO COMPLY WITH EXISTING AND FUTURE PERTINENT REGULATORY STANDARDS AND REQUIREMENTS
The City must receive proposals no later than 4:00 p.m. on September 30, 2021. The City will return proposals received after this deadline, unopened, to the proposer. The City will not accept faxed proposals.
