Apply for a permit:

1. Apply for a building permit through ePermitting and upload your plans.  Homeowners can apply online as well. 

2. Once the application is submitted and received online, you will receive an invoice from the building division for the plan review fee.  Once the plan review fee is paid, the application will be "accepted" and routed to a plans examiner for plan review. 

The City of Woodburn is requesting sealed bids for the construction of the "First Street Sanitary Sewer Bypass Project". Bids will be received by the City of Woodburn at 190 Garfield Street until 2:00 PM, Thursday, January 30, 2025, and will thereafter be publicly opened and read.
