The City of Woodburn is seeking a consultant to provide professional engineering design services for a multimodal Safe Routes to School project with two primary elements:
• Enhanced crossing on the west side of Front St. at the OR 214 Connector. Enhancements include widening the intersection to fit a pedestrian refuge island. This island will channelize cars and create a 2-stage crossing for pedestrians while maintaining truck turning movements. The crossing will also include striping, illumination, and ADA ramps on both corners.
This is an ordinance that adopted an updated Buildable Lands Inventory (BLI) and Economic Opportunities Analysis (EOA). (Legislative Amendment LA 23-02)
