Residential Sewer Rates 2024 Winter Averaging

Winter averaging months are here! Conserve water now to obtain your best possible residential sewer rate for 2024.

Residential sewer rates are recalculated every year based on a customer’s average water consumption during the “Service Periods” for January, February and March.  We call this a “winter average,” and it is your fixed sewer rate for the rest of the year.  This means that the sewer portion of a customer’s bill will not increase in the summer months due to sprinkling, car washing and filling of swimming pools.
