Request for Proposals: Electrician Services

The City of Woodburn is requesting proposals from qualified State of Oregon licensed electrical contractors for providing Electrician Services to the City of Woodburn under a multi-year contract. The Electrician Services shall include “Supervising Electrician” for the City’s Electrical Master Permit, which covers all City facilities, including the Wastewater Treatment Plant, pump stations and Water Treatment Plants.

The City will receive sealed proposals until 2:00 PM on January 15, 2026. These should be delivered to the City of Woodburn, Public Works Department, 190 Garfield Street, Woodburn, Oregon 97071.
