City Council Meeting

PUBLIC NOTICE

Due to the emergency declaration resulting from COVID-19 (Coronavirus disease) and protocols, the Woodburn City Council is limiting in-person contact and social distancing.

The April 13, 2020 meeting of the Woodburn City Council will be conducted remotely by video conferencing.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: We will be practicing social distancing and other safety measures within the Council Chambers. The public may attend and observe in the Council Chambers at City Hall as space allows (no more than 10 persons total at one time). No public hearings are scheduled.

The Council encourages the public to observe the meetings through technology rather than in person. The Council meeting will be televised live at 7:00 p.m. by Woodburn Community Access Television (WCAT-5) and Live Streamed on: https://www.youtube.com/user/cityofwoodburn.

We would like to encourage anyone who wishes to participate to provide public testimony via email or written correspondence, rather than attending in person. The following options are available for participation:   

• Written comments may be submitted to the City Recorder (270 Montgomery Street, Woodburn, OR 97071) and must be received on Monday, April 13th.  City Hall is currently closed to the public, but comments may be submitted via mail.

• Digital comments (email) may be submitted to heather.pierson@ci.woodburn.or.us by 6:00 p.m. on Monday, April 13th. 

• Individuals may participate online through the Go to Meetings web conferencing platform. Contact Heather Pierson at heather.pierson@ci.woodburn.or.us or by phone at (503) 980-6318 to register for Go to Meetings participation.

• There will be limited allowance to testify in person at the Council Chambers.

La reunión del 13 de abril de 2020 del Ayuntamiento de Woodburn se llevará a cabo de forma remota por videoconferencia.

COMO PARTICIPAR: Practicaremos el distanciamiento social y otras medidas de seguridad dentro de las Cámaras del Consejo. El público puede asistir y observar en las Cámaras del Consejo del Ayuntamiento cuando el espacio lo permita
(no más de 10 personas en total por vez). No hay audiencias públicas programadas.
