Temporary Outdoor Marketing & Special Events

Whether for carnivals, festivals, or fireworks, flea market, flower, mattress, mobile food services, Christmas tree, or other sales of merchandise or service that is neither accessory to a primary, permanent use of the property, nor marketed by employees of that permanent use, the Temporary Outdoor Marketing Permit is applicable.

For anyone wanting to vend on a City-owned park, a Park Vending Permit is required in addition to a Temporary Outdoor Marketing Permit. Contact the Parks & Recreation Department for an application.
