Public Notice of Special City Council Meeting on 03-16-20

A special meeting of the Woodburn City Council will be held on Monday, March 16, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. at City Hall to approve a resolution ratifying and administrative order that declares an emergency exists within the City as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Wastewater Rate Increase Approved by City Council

At their meeting on February 10, 2020, the Woodburn City Council approved implementing proposed wastewater system rate increases that will occur in three incremental steps over a period of 22 months. They are:

5% on March 1, 2020
5% on January 1, 2021
5% on January 1, 2022.
