City Council

A special meeting of the Woodburn City Council will be held on Monday, March 16, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. at City Hall to approve a resolution ratifying and administrative order that declares an emergency exists within the City as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The 2020 Census is fast approaching. Here are a number of helpful resources to keep you informed.

Everyone counts - The census counts every person living in the U.S. once, only once, and in the right place. 

At their meeting on February 10, 2020, the Woodburn City Council approved implementing proposed wastewater system rate increases that will occur in three incremental steps over a period of 22 months. They are:

5% on March 1, 2020
5% on January 1, 2021
5% on January 1, 2022.

Due to the emergency declaration resulting from COVID-19 (Coronavirus disease) and protocols, the Woodburn City Council is limiting in-person contact and social distancing.

The December 14, 2020 meeting of the Woodburn City Council will be conducted remotely by video conferencing.
