Mayor Frank Lonergan

Mayor Frank Lonergan, officially sworn in as Woodburn’s 43rd Mayor on Monday, December 12, 2022, has spent the better part of 40 years serving the Woodburn community as a member of the Park Board, Planning Commission, Urban Renewal Board, Budget Committee, and former City Council President.

As Council President, he was part of notable accomplishments including:

It was last amended via Ordinance No. 2640 adopted September 08, 2025, and effective October 08, 2025.
