Woodburn residents may use their property to host garage, estate, or yard sales up to three times per year.

Sales are limited to 3 consecutive days.

Hours are limited to 8am through 8pm.

All signs must be removed on the last day of each sale.

Full rules may be found in section 2.07.18 of the Woodburn Development Ordinance. 

For residents living in a single-family dwelling (house) or duplex, the following are rules for parking your RV or boat on your property:

The November 13, 2023 meeting of the Woodburn Urban Renewal Agency at 6:30 p.m. and a meeting of the Woodburn City Council at 7:00 p.m. will be held in person in the Woodburn Council Chambers, 270 Montgomery Street.
