I, FRANK LONERGAN, MAYOR, PURSUANT TO THE WOODBURN CITY CHARTER DO HEREBY CALL A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE WOODBURN CITY COUNCIL TO BE HELD ON THURSDAY, DECEMBER 21, 2023, AT 1:00 PM IN THE WOODBURN COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT 270 MONTGOMERY STREET, WOODBURN, OREGON.

AWARE Food Bank: Food assistance available Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 9 a.m.-noon. They are also open the first and third Tuesday of the month from 3:30-6 p.m.

Woodburn residents may use their property to host garage, estate, or yard sales up to three times per year.

Sales are limited to 3 consecutive days.

Hours are limited to 8am through 8pm.

All signs must be removed on the last day of each sale.

Full rules may be found in section 2.07.18 of the Woodburn Development Ordinance.
