A legislative amendment to amend the Woodburn Development Ordinance (WDO) to allow the City to maintain compliance with the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) administered by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).  This results from FEMA integration of the federal Endangered Species Act into its rulemaking, which is limited to within the state of Oregon.

Sealed bids for the construction of Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) SCADA Upgrade Project will be received by the City of Woodburn at 190 Garfield Street until 2:00 PM, Wednesday, April 30th, 2025, and will thereafter be publicly opened and read.

Sealed bids for the construction of Boones Crossing Park Project will be received by the City of Woodburn at 190 Garfield Street until 2:00 PM, Thursday, May 1st, 2025 and will thereafter be publicly opened and read.
