Woodburn Fitness

 

Fitness classes are offered at the Woodburn Public Library Monday-Saturday! See below for current offerings and the schedule.

*Please note that morning Yoga and Pilates are on a brief pause. They will start again the week of October 20th. 

 

Zumba Fitness 

Exhilarating, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party.

  • Saturdays at 9:00am

 

Yoga 

Experience relaxation through slow movements, building good posture, and increasing flexibility & balance
through stretching and breathing techniques. All levels welcome!

  • Monday & Friday at 9:00am and Wednesday at 8:00am
  • Evening class on Tuesday & Thursday at 5:15pm 

 

Resistance Training

Each session will incorporate resistance training, cardio, flexibility and balance exercises. Learn proper form and technique to develop your strength, endurance and balance. All fitness levels welcome! 

  • Tuesday & Thursday at 8:00am

 

Pilates

Pilates is a total body conditioning exercise method combining flexibility and strength from both Eastern and Western cultures. Its purpose is to develop mind and body uniformity; provide balance, flexibility, and strength; to improve posture; and to focus on the powerhouse (core).

  • Monday & Friday at 10:00am and Wednesday at 9:00am 

 

CIRCL Mobility 

CIRCL Mobility is a fitness program that uses flexibility, breathwork, and mobility exercises rooted in functional movement science to release stress, improve range of motion, and enhance overall body movement

  • Monday & Friday at 8:00am
