The City of Woodburn Human Resources Department works directly with employees to plan, develop, and provide strategies for a productive, supportive, equitable and service-oriented work environment. The City of Woodburn seeks to hire talented, passionate and creative professionals who represent our diverse community. We work directly with our City departments to facilitate the recruitment and selection process for open positions. The Human Resources department also establishes employee classification and compensation levels; administers benefits; coordinates citywide training efforts; develops personnel policies; manages performances; resolves conflicts; and coordinates internal events and initiatives.
