Request a Copy of Police Records
Request for reports are handled in the order in which they are received. Within five working days, Records will send a written response. The response will include an estimated processing fee and time to process the request. After payment is received, reports are typically available within five to ten working days. Motor Vehicle Accident Report
Please have the Report Number (exactly as given to you), the Last Name of the Driver or Involved Party, and the Date of Accident.
Sound Amplification Permits & City Noise Ordinances
Sound Amplification Permits may be requested for City Parks or locations outside of an enclosed building, provided the location is not within a residential zone and that it will be conducted in such a manner as not to unreasonably disturb the neighbors of other persons in the vicinity of the site.
Permits are required with the use of any loudspeaker, loudspeaker system, sound amplifier or any other machine or device which produces, reproduces, or amplifies sound outside of an enclosed building.
Submit a written application to the Police Chief no later than 30 days prior to proposed date for commencement of the amplified sound.
