**Due to the emergency declaration resulting from COVID-19 (Coronavirus), the April 23, 2020 Woodburn Planning Commission meeting will be conducted remotely by video/telephone conferencing. Social distancing and other safety measures will be followed within the Council Chambers. Anyone who wishes to participate is strongly encouraged to provide public testimony via email or written correspondence, rather than attending in person. The following participation options are available:

Written or digital comments may be sent to the Associate Planner (270 Montgomery Street, Woodburn, OR 97071; dan.handel@ci.woodburn.or.us) and must be received by Monday, April 20th.
The GoToMeeting web conferencing platform will be used for remote participation. Individuals requesting to participate remotely must contact Chris Kerr (chris.kerr@ci.woodburn.or.us or 503-980-2445) to register by Monday, April 20th.
There will be limited allowance to testify in-person at the meeting.

Two public hearings are scheduled:

1. Design Review for a five classroom addition to Nellie Muir Elementary School at 1800 W. Hayes Street (DR 2020-03).

2. Design Review & Variance for a new industrial equipment repair facility at 2215 Progress Way (DR 2019-14).
