The City of Woodburn is hosting its Holiday Decorating Contest!
 

Who can participate?

All community members within the Woodburn city limits. See Contest Details below for further information.

Prize Categories

1st place: $100 gift card

2nd place: $50 gift card

3rd place: $25 gift card

Contest rules:

• One (1) application per address
• There is no cost to participate. We want the community to enjoy the holiday season and have fun!
• Anyone in the Woodburn community can apply. We encourage all Woodburn community members to participate. 
• For minors under 18 years old, you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before participating.
  • If a minor is a winner of a contest prize, then they will need a parent/legal guardian to claim the prize on their behalf, and this will be done with a prize claim form that requires the parent's signature.

Participants will submit their own photo. Please note, only ONE (1) photo will be used for voting. Submit a photo as an attachment with your application. Photos must be submitted by Monday, December 8, 2025, at 11:59 PM.

Participation in this contest constitutes permission by the entrant (and parents and/or legal guardians of entrant) to use the participant's name and submitted photo(s) for City promotional and publicity purposes in all media forums worldwide, without limitation or additional notification, approval, or compensation.

City employees are ineligible for prizes.

As the event sponsor, the City of Woodburn reserves the right to refuse entries.
Entries that are sexual, discriminatory, or political in nature will NOT be accepted.
