Woodburn Tree Program

The Tree Program is officially open again as of November 1st, 2025!

The City of Woodburn offers residents the opportunity to receive a tree through the Urban Forestry Community Tree Program.  Community members residing within the city limits can apply for a gift certificate that can be redeemed at Al's Garden Center in Woodburn. This program cycle starts in November each year and runs through April of the following year, or until budgeted funds are expended, whichever comes first.
