Permittee shall comply with all permit directions and conditions, and with all applicable laws and ordinances. Permittee shall also provide a detailed traffic control plan prior to permit issuance. The street closure shall not extend beyond the dates and times specified on the permit.

Purchasing a Permit in Woodburn

Apply for a permit:

Apply for a building permit through ePermitting and upload your plans. Homeowners can apply online as well.
Once the application is submitted and received online, you will receive an invoice from the building division for the plan review fee. Once the plan review fee is paid, the application will be "accepted" and routed to a plans examiner for plan review.
