Interlibrary Loan Service

Woodburn Public Library strives to provide a broad variety of information resources to meet the diverse needs of the community. When a requested item does not exist in its collection, the Library will attempt to borrow it from other libraries within the Chemeketa Cooperative Regional Library Service. Items not available within CCRLS may be requested via interlibrary loan service (ILL). Through ILL, Woodburn Public Library patrons have access to materials from libraries throughout the United States.

Type of Material *
I need item by: I understand that the ILL process takes time to fulfill and that most items may be available within 15-30 days, but that some may take longer. If you need this item before a specific date shortly after 30 days, please let us know so we can cancel the order if unable to fulfill before the date. *
Agreement Please read carefully regarding additional fees: (Required) The Woodburn Public Library attempts to borrow materials through ILL for the lowest cost possible. The likelihood of success in fulfilling an ILL request relies on availability and the amount of money a patron is willing to pay. *
If you have agreed to pay fees, please select the maximum amount you are willing to pay.

  • City acceptance, review, and approval of a bond or performance guarantee request is administrative, discretionary, and not guaranteed.

Sign Permit Applications

The City regulates signs first by what group they fall into: temporary or permanent. There are many types of signs in each group (pole, monument, banner, A-frame, etc.). The allowance for each type of sign will vary based on the zoning district.

Every new sign needs an approved Sign Permit.
