City Administrator

City Administrator, Scott Derickson

City of Woodburn Administrator Scott Derickson has served in leadership positions in Oregon’s regional, county and municipal governments for over 23 years, holding extensive expertise in local government, financial and budget management, community and  organizational development, leadership, economic development, human resources and crisis management. His academic credentials include both graduate and undergraduate degrees from the University of Oregon’s Department of Planning, Public Policy & Management Department.

Recreation & Parks Board

The Woodburn Recreation and Parks Board meets on the 2nd Tuesday each month at 6:00 p.m. at this time virtually.

Public Art Mural Committee

Communities in the Northwest incorporate murals into their cityscapes, creating community pride and drawing visitors to these communities. 

Library Board

The Woodburn Public Library Board consists of 7 members appointed by the Mayor. The Board serves in an advisory capacity in setting library policies and priorities. They meet the 2nd Wednesday of January, April, July, and October at 5:30 pm in the Library conference room.
