Demolition Permits

The Building Division requires a demolition permit to demolish any home, structure, and/or building that required a building permit to construct.

For full details of obtaining a demolition permit, review the Demolition Policy at the bottom of this page. With your online application, upload a detailed site plan and proof of property ownership in order for staff to review the permit request.  Once the application is reviewed for compliance and approved, fees can be paid and the permit will be issued.

Residential Demolition Permit Fee: $300
