Trunk-or-Treat is a spook-tacular event that takes place in Woodburn each year. This event brings candy and fun downtown for the whole family to enjoy!

The newsest addition to the Smith Creek neighborhood, the Hazel Smith Plaza, provides a covered shelter for picnics and small gatherings, restrooms and a small stage for performances and play!
The Dahlia Plaza Pocket Park is located in downtown Woodburn just across the street from the more well-known Downtown Plaza. It is tucked between buildings but stands out with its vibrant mural of beautiful dahlia flowers, twinkling lights, and benches. This pocket park is a great place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee and is reservable for small gatherings.
The City of Woodburn, Oregon is requesting proposals from qualified consultants with experience in Oregon land use planning and statewide planning goals. Specifically, the City seeks proposals from consultants with established experience in assisting with buildable land inventories under OAR 660-024 and economic opportunities analysis (EOA’s) under OAR 660-009 and Urban Reserves under OAR 660-021.
Update October 24, 2022: The Commission will continue the public hearing for PUD 22-01 & SUB 22-01 Mill Creek Meadows from October 27 to November 10, 2022.
