The City is Pleased to Announce the Woodburn 50/50 Sidewalk Repair Program!

PROGRAM BACKGROUND:

The City of Woodburn recognizes the need to maintain sidewalks is necessary to protect the health, safety, and welfare of residents and visitors. We also recognize that residents love Woodburn’s mature street trees throughout the city. However, roots from these beautiful trees can cause significant damage to sidewalks.  Therefore the City has developed the Woodburn 50/50 Sidewalk Repair Program.

The City of Woodburn is requesting proposals, from qualified firms, for providing a replacement for the library chiller.
A successful firm will be selected based upon the following criteria: 1) Qualifications to perform the scope of services; 2) Prior work experience performing the scope of services; 3) Demonstrated understanding of the scope of services required; 4) References from other communities receiving services; 5) Fee schedule for providing scope of services; and 6) Overall best value to the City.

City of Woodburn, OR is seeking bids to remove 39 Street Trees and Stump Grind 58 Stumps. Remove and Repair existing Brick Pavers. All work SHALL be completed 35 calendar days from the
dated “notice to proceed”.

The City of Woodburn, Oregon is requesting proposals from qualified engineering firms with established experience in providing Storm Drainage Master Plan Update services for similarly sized municipalities within the State of Oregon. The primary project elements include:

The City of Woodburn is requesting proposals, from qualified firms, for providing DX Recovery repair for the Aquatic Center Natatorium Munters HVAC unit. The Munters Heat recovery system has history of compressor failure. The City of Woodburn invites firms to submit five (5) copies of the proposal outlining their experience and qualifications in performing work as described in the Scope of Services. The City will receive sealed proposals until 2:00 PM on October 12, 2021.

This meeting will be held in conjunction with the Woodburn City Council meeting.
