Park shelter reservations can be made all year round! Applications must be submitted online 5 business days in advance to give staff ample time to view your request. If requests are approved, you must pay the full amount due within 48 hours. 

In-city hourly rates are as follows:

Centennial Park Shelter  |  $30.00/hr

City of Woodburn is requesting bids for the construction of “New Production Well for the Parr Road Treatment Plant Project”. Sealed bids will be received by the City of Woodburn, OR at City Hall Annex, 190 Garfield St. until 2:00 PM, Wednesday, June 8, 2022 and will thereafter be publicly opened and read. Proposals shall be addressed to the Public Works Director, City of Woodburn, and 190 Garfield St., Woodburn, OR 97071. 

An Ordinance Amending the Woodburn Development Ordinance (WDO) Relating to the Transportation System Plan (TSP) and Transportation Generally (Legislative Amendment LA 21-01).

The Public Works Department is an essential element of the City of Woodburn, providing vital municipal services such as clean and safe water, protecting our environment through wastewater and storm water treatment, and streets maintenance.

The Community Development Department is made up of two divisions: Planning and Building.  The department establishes and administers development guidelines and standards to maintain and enhance Woodburn's livability, and coordinates the functions of the Building Division.
