Designed to encourage business investment through property tax abatement, the Woodburn Enterprise Zone provides an abatement of property taxes to eligible businesses on qualifying investments for a period of three (3) up to five (5) years. The boundary of the Zone includes the entire city limits of Woodburn.

The Memorial Bench Program offers donors the opportunity to purchase a bench in honor of a loved one. The benches are placed in areas of need throughout the City’s parks and along City trails. The benches are 6 feet scroll wooden slatted benches. Memorial plaques inset in the bench include the honoree’s names. This plaque will be a 2.25 inches tall by 6 inches long.
