Computers, Wireless Internet, and Printing

We offer six computers for public use, free wi-fi, and printing services. Patrons receive 60 minutes of computer time per day. Black and white copies are 10 cents per page and color copies are $1 per page.

Tree Resources

Maintaining a healthy urban forest requires residents and City staff alike to actively care for our trees. For downed limbs or trees please contact:

  • For downed trees or limbs in public right-of-ways please contact the Public Works Department at 503-982-5240
  • For downed trees or limbs in public parks please contact the Parks & Facilities Maintenance Department at 503-982-5267.
  • For downed trees or limbs on private property please contact an arborist, landscaper, or tree removal company.

    Arbor Day Activities

     

    The City of Woodburn's spring arbor activities celebrate all the wonderful things that trees provide us, especially during April, when Earth Day and Oregon's Arbor Week are celebrated. 

     

    Tree Giveaway Program

     

    The Tree Giveaway Program is currently CLOSED! Applications will open on Novmeber 1st, 2025

     

    The City of Woodburn offers residents the opportunity to receive a tree through the Urban Forestry Tree Giveaway Program.  Community members within the city limits can apply for a gift certificate that can be redeemed at Al's Garden Center in Woodburn. This program cycle starts in November each year and runs through April of the following year, or until budgeted funds are expended, whichever comes first.

    The City of Woodburn offers several resources for residents who are looking for information on planting street or private property trees, what kind of trees to plant, and tips on how to plant a tree for its growing success!
