PUBLIC NOTICE

The April 24, 2023 meeting of the Woodburn City Council at 7:00 p.m. will be held in person in the Woodburn Council Chambers, 270 Montgomery Street.

Building Improvements Program:

The City of Woodburn URA provides an incentive program designed to promote improvement to buildings and properties within the urban renewal district. By improving properties within the renewal area, the program serves to improve Woodburn’s overall economic viability. Better aesthetics increase property values, improve the marketability of space within the buildings and draws business and residents to the area.

The April 10, 2023 meeting of the Woodburn City Council at 7:00 p.m. will be held in person in the Woodburn Council Chambers, 270 Montgomery Street.

• For all public improvements other than street trees, do not use this form. Contact the Public Works Department Engineering Division directly to ask about bonds, bonding, or performance guarantees for all other public improvements.
• Woodburn Development Ordinance (WDO) 4.02.08 "Performance Guarantees" addresses bonds, bonding, and performance guarantees.
• City acceptance, review, and approval of a bond or performance guarantee request is administrative, discretionary, and not guaranteed.
