City of Woodburn is requesting sealed bids for the construction of "2022-23 Spring Paving, Part 2 Project" bids will be received by the City of Woodburn, OR at City Hall Annex, 190 Garfield St. until 2:00 PM, Thursday, March 30, 2023 and will thereafter be publicly opened and read.

The City of Woodburn has updated its citywide Parks and Recreation Master Plan (PRMP) in 2024. The PRMP 
determines the future direction for Woodburn parks, open spaces, trails, and recreation programs for the next
ten years.
