It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of former Mayor Nancy Kirksey.
The first woman to hold office as a mayor in Woodburn, Nancy was a long-time resident of Woodburn and tireless active member of our community. Before serving as Mayor from 1986 to 1990 and 1994 to 1998, she also served on our City Council from 1982 to 1986.
