 I, FRANK LONERGAN, THE DULY ELECTED MAYOR OF THE CITY OF WOODBURN, DO HEREBY CALL A MEETING OF THE WOODBURN CITY COUNCIL TO BE HELD ON FRIDAY, MARCH 24, 2023, BEGINNING AT 6:00 PM AND MARCH 25, 2023, BEGINNING AT 9:00 AM AT WOODBURN CITY HALL, 270 MONTGOMERY STREET, WOODBURN, OREGON.  THIS MEETING WILL BE HELD FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONDUCTING A GOVERNANCE WORKSHOP.

The City of Woodburn has updated its citywide Parks and Recreation Master Plan (PRMP) in 2024. The PRMP 
determines the future direction for Woodburn parks, open spaces, trails, and recreation programs for the next
ten years.
